How much do I earn?
A share of our success fee on every closed deal you introduce. The exact share is agreed with you in writing before you introduce anyone, so there is never ambiguity about what a referral is worth.
When do I get paid?
At close, when our fee is received. Your share does not depend on anything you do after the introduction; we run the deal.
What counts as a referral?
A warm introduction to a decision-maker we are not already in conversation with. We confirm each referral back to you in writing when it is registered.
Do I need to be licensed or regulated?
You make an introduction; we run the regulated transaction work. If your jurisdiction or profession requires specific arrangements, we reflect that in the partner agreement.
Will I know what is happening with my referrals?
Yes. We update you at each milestone: qualified, in preparation, in market, under LOI, and closed.
