Know where the value is. Know what to do about it.
One senior operator, across your entire business. We identify what is capping your value and guide the decisions that unlock it. Built and sold at scale. No junior teams, no advice from the sidelines.
No cost, no obligation. We review every enquiry ourselves.
The situations we are called into.
Most founders running a significant consumer business reach a point where the existing counsel is not enough. If any of these sound familiar, we should talk.
Revenue has plateaued and you cannot see clearly why. The decisions that drove growth to this point are not the same decisions that will take it further.
The decisions in front of you: entering a new market, restructuring the team, preparing for a capital raise or sale. You want input from someone who has done it before, not someone who has only advised on it.
You are thinking about a sale in the next one to three years, but you know the business as it is today would not command the multiple it should. You need to know what to change and in what order.
Your accountants, lawyers, and board contacts are good at what they do, but none of them have actually built and sold a consumer business at the scale you are operating. The gap shows in the advice.
Board-level operator judgment, structured around your business.
We engage as an active board member, not a periodic advisor. The difference is in the quality and speed of the decisions that result.
Full business review
We start by looking at the whole business: revenue, margin, team, operations, market position. We tell you where the value is trapped, what is causing it, and what it would take to unlock it. Most founders find this conversation alone is worth the call.
Monthly strategic sessions
We review performance, challenge assumptions, and drive the key decisions that move the business forward. Not a check-in call. A working session where the hard questions get asked and answered.
On-call access for critical decisions
The decisions that cannot wait for the next monthly session. A potential acquisition, a team restructure, a conversation with an incoming buyer. You have direct access to someone who has navigated these situations at scale.
Exit readiness when the time comes
If a sale is on the horizon, we build that into the advisory from the start. Identifying what needs to change, in what order, and by when, to go to market at the right time and command the right price.
"Senior people, in the detail, every single week. It never once felt like advice from the sidelines. They were in it with us the whole way."James K. · Founder, Consumer Business
Advisory from people who have done it. Not people who have only advised on it.

What does an advisory engagement actually include?
Advisory includes a full initial business review where we identify where the value is trapped and what it takes to unlock it, followed by monthly strategic sessions to review performance and guide key decisions, plus on-call access for the decisions that cannot wait for the next session.
How is this different from hiring a management consultant?
A management consultant delivers a report and leaves. We engage as an active board, stay across the business, and guide the decisions that actually move value. We have built and sold consumer businesses ourselves, which changes the quality of the judgment we bring.
What size business do you work with?
We work with established consumer businesses doing 8-9 figures in revenue. Founder-owned, family-held, or institutionally backed. We do not take on early-stage businesses or B2B-only companies.
What is the minimum commitment?
We engage for a minimum of three months. Most engagements run longer because the work compounds. There is no long-term lock-in: if it is not working for either side, we stop.
What happens on the first call?
We talk about the business: where it is today, where you want it to go, and what is standing in the way. You will leave knowing where the value is trapped and what it would take to unlock it. We charge nothing for that conversation.
Do you work outside consumer?
No. We focus entirely on consumer businesses: brands, media, services, sports and entertainment. Our buyer relationships, our market knowledge, and our operating experience are specific to this category.
