Your team has chased. Payment dates keep moving. The revenue is on the P&L, but the cash is still missing. We take the recovery work off your desk.
We check the amount, age, evidence, dispute, debtor and jurisdiction before accepting it.
We manage the outreach, follow-up and commercial pressure so your team does not have to.
We work toward payment, settlement or a practical payment plan when one is appropriate.
Every accepted case follows a controlled process designed to recover cash without needless aggression.
We assess the debt, documents, debtor, dispute and jurisdiction.
We organise the evidence, history and recovery strategy.
Professional outreach begins with a clear commercial request.
We pursue payment, settlement or a structured plan where appropriate.
Licensed collection or legal partners are used where required and approved.
You may still want the customer. That does not mean you should finance them indefinitely. Recovery starts commercially and escalates only when the case requires it.
A receivable can be overdue without being recoverable. The free review determines whether there is a credible path.
No broad access to your business. We ask for the information needed to assess and pursue the receivable.
Our starting fee is based on the age of the oldest invoice and applies to cash recovered.
Final pricing and acceptance depend on the balance, evidence, dispute, debtor and jurisdiction. Everything is agreed in writing before work starts.
Terms are agreed before work begins and are typically performance-based, with Leprince paid primarily from recovered cash. The percentage, treatment of settlements, external costs and post-termination payments depend on the case and jurisdiction.
No. Recovery depends on the evidence, debtor, dispute, jurisdiction and ability to pay. We assess cases before acceptance and reject those without a credible route.
The process starts commercially and professionally. You tell us about relationship sensitivities, and we reflect them in the strategy. No recovery process can remove all relationship risk.
Usually invoices, contract or order documentation, proof of delivery, correspondence, payment history, debtor details and a summary of previous collection attempts.
Some partly disputed cases may be workable, but a fully disputed delivery or complex legal claim may require specialist legal review or may be rejected.
Leprince coordinates intake, commercial strategy and the client relationship. Where regulated collection or legal activity is required, it is performed by appropriately licensed external partners, subject to your approval and applicable law.
We review the amount, age, dispute status, debtor and jurisdiction. If the case may be viable, we request the core documents and explain the proposed route, terms and any external costs before action begins.
Spend two minutes giving us the facts. We will tell you whether there may be a credible recovery route.
