We say no to weak cases.
That protects everyone.

A receivable can be overdue without being recoverable. The free review determines whether there is a credible path.

Likely a strong fit

  • B2B invoices totalling $100,000+
  • Clear contract, PO, SOW or invoice trail
  • Proof the work or goods were delivered
  • Debtor is still operating
  • Debt is mostly undisputed

Probably not the right fit

  • Consumer or personal debt
  • Tiny balances or no documentation
  • Fraud allegations or fully disputed delivery
  • Debtor is insolvent with no recovery path
  • A request for harassment or guaranteed recovery

Straight answers

Before you
send the invoices.

How do you get paid?

Terms are agreed before work begins and are typically performance-based, with Leprince paid primarily from recovered cash. The percentage, treatment of settlements, external costs and post-termination payments depend on the case and jurisdiction.

Is recovery guaranteed?

No. Recovery depends on the evidence, debtor, dispute, jurisdiction and ability to pay. We assess cases before acceptance and reject those without a credible route.

Will this damage the customer relationship?

The process starts commercially and professionally. You tell us about relationship sensitivities, and we reflect them in the strategy. No recovery process can remove all relationship risk.

What documents do you need?

Usually invoices, contract or order documentation, proof of delivery, correspondence, payment history, debtor details and a summary of previous collection attempts.

Can you handle disputed invoices?

Some partly disputed cases may be workable, but a fully disputed delivery or complex legal claim may require specialist legal review or may be rejected.

Are you a debt collection agency or law firm?

Leprince coordinates intake, commercial strategy and the client relationship. Where regulated collection or legal activity is required, it is performed by appropriately licensed external partners, subject to your approval and applicable law.

What happens after I submit?

We review the amount, age, dispute status, debtor and jurisdiction. If the case may be viable, we request the core documents and explain the proposed route, terms and any external costs before action begins.

How much cash is sitting
in overdue invoices?

Spend two minutes giving us the facts. We will tell you whether there may be a credible recovery route.
